A: Standard turnaround time on most products is 7-10 business days after artwork approval. Rush services may be available—contact us for details.

Q: Do you offer rush orders?
A: Yes, rush services are available depending on our current workload. Additional fees may apply.

 

Design & Artwork

Q: What file formats do you accept for artwork?
A: We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) but can also work with high-resolution PNG or JPEG files. If needed, our team can help refine your design.

Q: Can you create a design for me?
A: Absolutely! Our in-house designers can bring your vision to life. Let us know what you need, and we’ll create a custom design.
