How to place an order: You may place an order online, email us, or call in an order. 

 

Production Time: Our production time varies from product to product. Typically our apparel turn time is 2 ½ weeks and our promotional items vary from 24 hour production to 4 weeks for some overseas items.

 

Event(s): If you have an event, please make us aware of your timeline in advance. If we can meet the event, we will let you know in advance. It is our #1 priority to deliver to meet your event needs. 

 

Refunds: For custom printed or produced items, no refunds are offered, unless the imprint is incorrect. We will send you a proof on all orders to ensure the logo is correct. 

For blank items, may return items for a 20% restocking fee + any applicable shipping charges. 

 

Payment: all new orders require a pre-payment to secure inventory and get the order shipped out. Once you have an account established, our accounting team will evaluate your account and likely grant you Net 30 terms. 

 

Shipping/Delivery: Unless otherwise specified, shipping will be billed separate. If you would like the shipping to bill to your account, we can accommodate this. For mug orders, a box charge will apply. 

 

Split Shipments: We can accommodate as many split shipments as you would like. WThe charge is $10 per location, the first location is free. 

 

Art charges: Usually we can accomodate art for free. This applies to minor typesetting, corrections. We do require vector art, and if you do not have vector art available we can convert it for $25 per logo. 

 

Setup charges: Setups vary by item, sometimes they are free, sometimes not. We will always communicate these charges(if any) prior to production. 

 

Rush Fees: We can accomodate most rush orders, this will just depend on the product. Sometimes they are free to rush, other times we have to charge a rush fee. We will communicate any of these fees prior to production. 

 

Late Payments: Any payment going over 60 days late will incur a 5% penalty on all open invoices. 

 

Damaged goods: any damaged or misprinted items will be either a)credited towards your account, or b) replaced at no charge to you. This is evaluated on a case by case basis, but in the end we want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your products. 


Late shipments: If FedEx, UPS or another shipping carrier delays a shipment due to an unforeseen circumstance, this is out of our control and no refunds can be offered.
